Free Gas from ShopRite
Until Saturday, July 5th, you could get a $25 gas card, for either BP or Shell, when you use your Price Plus Card at ShopRite to purchase $75 dollars worth of products from the manufacturers Kraft, Protor & Gamble, and General Mills [on the same receipt].
According to the website any combination of products from these manufacturers will work as long as it totals $75 [before coupons].
This could be a sa-weet deal as there are a ton of coupons out there right now for each of the manufacturers named. Also, keep in mind that ShopRite doubles manufacturers coupons up to .99 cents!

What's the dealio?
Soon, this blog will be an oasis for the frugal. A thrifty chick haven. A world coupons, tips, and deals such as you have never seen before.
So what can you expect to see here?
::Current deals - I will highlight which deals I will be partaking in. I will not be listing every single CVS scenario, Walgreens deal, etc. I will, however, be linking to the blogs that do list those things should you want to explore that further. When it comes to grocery stores, I'll be focusing on deals for stores in the northeast obviously. You are welcome, however, to leave a link to your blog in my comments section should you have deals to stores in your area posted.
::Coupons - I'll link to some great coupon sites as well as keep a running list of coupons that I have available to give away or trade. I think creating a place to trade coupons is an essential part of my plans for a penny-pinching nirvana.
::Product Reviews - I already have one of [hopefully] many ready to go. I will be contacting companies once this blog is more established with the hopes that I can review other products. I will be trying to limit these products to those that are affordable. This is, after all, a blog about frugal living.
::Tips and tricks to save money - I have a few tried and true tips to share. I would also love to open up comments to anyone else who has a tip to share.
::Ways to reuse and recycle - An essential part of saving the planet as well as frugal living.
::Steals & Deals - Of course I'll be keeping my Sunday post regarding the deals I got for the week. I considering setting up a Mister Linky so that others may share their savings also, but we'll see what happens.
::Contests and Giveaways - If I love a product that I either own already or review, I'll be hosting a giveaway for it. Nothing lined up yet, but stay tuned.
::Ads - I will be putting ads on this blog. Though I have made the decision to keep my personal blog ad free, this is a frugal living blog in which I will stress repeatedly that every penny counts. Therefore, I would like to start counting pennies brought in thru advertisements.
I'm sure I'll come up with more stuff along the way, but in general, that's what I've got going on here.
